Capgemini announced today the appointment of Olaf Pietschner as Head of Capgemini in Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately. Mr. Pietschner, formerly Chief Operating Officer for the region, succeeds Nicolas Aidoud who has decided to pursue new opportunities.

Olaf joined Capgemini in May 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in driving Capgemini’s offerings in intelligent technology, shaping a client centric portfolio to drive competitiveness and growth, while providing leadership to the Energy & Utilities; Public Sector; and Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment business units. Prior to joining Capgemini, Olaf held key executive roles in both client and services organisations.
