CTC, Inc., announced the release of SuperDoor, an Autodesk Revit add-in that generates door family content for use in Autodesk Revit. SuperDoor provides a workflow solution that utilizes accurate assemblies in an easy to use graphical interface.
"The SuperDoor Configuration Tool helped our staff understand an intricate system by providing a step-by-step process for customizing and combining the content to achieve the specific door function and appearance needed,” said James Moore, Virtual Design Manager. “It not only saved time creating doors for our projects, it helped educate our staff so they felt more confident using the components in their models."
Utilizing a collection of highly parametric Revit Families, SuperDoor allows the interchangeable combination of frames and panels to create a vast number of door combinations. These families have been available from CTC as a standalone package and have been proven effective by many firms on all types of projects ranging from residential housing to professional healthcare buildings.
