EnterWorks announced platform extensions today at SAP’s Sapphire NOW 2019 and SAP CX Live in Orlando. The extension of the EnterWorks Multi-Domain Experience Management (MxM) platform now offers rapid integration in connecting to, and leveraging, SAP software assets. This leveraging of the SAP footprint takes advantage of new SAP resources and expertise arising from its new position as a Line of Business with Winshuttle, a leading SAP-focused master data and robotic process automation company. It also builds on the announcement of EnterWorks MxM earlier this year as EnterWorks elevates MDM, PIM, and DAM capabilities in helping companies to drive revenue and margin uplift by enabling precise, contextual engagement of external and internal customers.

- orchestration with suppliers who fulfill supply chain information requirements
- benchmarking of content effectiveness from brand/product stories by merchants and marketers
- assisting store and web managers to create experiences in the physical and digital demand chain
- allowing customers to express preferences in a customer-to-business (C2B) model as contributors to the experience ecosystem.
