CGS Acquires Business of Visual Next

CGS announced it will acquire the business of Visual Next, a leading provider of end-to-end software to apparel, footwear, uniform, and fashion accessory companies. The acquisition will further the complementary strengths of Visual Next and CGS’s industry leading BlueCherry® software solution. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

With a rapidly changing market along with the trend for unified commerce and the convergence of retail and wholesale, customers are demanding a complete solution to manage all channels of their business. CGS and Visual Next have a deep industry expertise and a shared vision of delivering end-to-end, concept-to-consumer solutions to companies in the apparel, fashion and consumer lifestyle industries. The combined organization will expand the geographical market, while also benefitting customers with improved customer support and increased investment in the product platform.
