Ask and Embla, the alternative jewelry brand, has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. Founded in 2013, Ask and Embla is an alternative jewelry brand that embraces and brings together a community of individuals of all alternative styles and modalities. Headquartered in Singapore, the growing company also has remote teams in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, Sweden, and Ukraine and proudly works with a large radius of dynamic and diverse individuals.
As the company grew and product lines expanded, Ask and Embla struggled to keep track of product data and development timelines. Suppliers were also missing timelines and quality standards.

The company will be able to easily follow up on developments, gain better visibility of the critical path, drastically improve information management as well as speed up product creation and ensure suppliers are meeting the correct standards and deadlines.
“Centric PLM will ease administrative stress and the stress of not having information about product developments available when we need it. It will also provide a quick way to onboard new team members to our processes,” explains Gomes.
Centric PLM appealed to Ask and Embla as teams felt familiar with the spreadsheet-like interface. “The features matched many of the features we were trying to develop on spreadsheets. We were confident we could onboard teams quickly,” adds Gomes.
