ZWCAD Design today revealed some innovative features of its upcoming ZWCAD+ 2015. The sneak-peek features include Reference Manager, Super Hatch and Google Earth Design. The release date of ZWCAD+ 2015 will come in this August.
Manage all external resources with ease
You may have an experience like this: after receiving a drawing with a myriad of external resources attached, you find the reference paths of these resources are invalid as your colleague set up the path in his own way. It may take you as long as a day to reset the paths. But now that would be a legend. In ZWCAD+ 2015, Reference Manager enables you to efficiently manage all external resources in the current drawing, including raster image, font and Xref. You can have a quick view of all the resources and spot any missing resources easily.
Versatile hatching with image, block and reference etc.
Traditionally, hatching object is limited to predefined patterns. To freely and conveniently use patterns for hatching means time saved and efficiency improved for designers. In ZWCAD+ 2015, Super Hatch redefines the way you hatch. You can hatch with diverse objects including image, block and reference, etc., not only those patterns you have predefined.
Create in the real world with Google Earth
Having architectural design sometimes can be tricky because the design objects need to be perfectly aligned to real graphic environment in pursuit of precision and accuracy. The upcoming ZWCAD+ 2015 can now directly import graphic snapshots from Google Earth. This new feature allows you to view your final design on a current map.
“It is reported by some media that judging from recently released products in the CAD field, new CAD software versions seem to have come to a dead end nowadays,” commented Daniel Huang, Product Manager of ZWCAD+, “For ZWCAD+, as we have come so far in learning user habit and customer need since its debut, we can say, in many ways, the new version 2015 proves CAD software still allows room for imagination.”
