DESYS GmbH and their subsidiaries have been successfully operating in Germany for more than 30 years. During this time, they have gained extensive experience across multiple industries, such as transportation and mobility, industrial equipment, shipbuilding, engineering services, and many more. DESYS Group are partnered closely with their base of over 700 customers, benefiting from consultancy and support for a wide range of Dassault Systèmes products, including the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Together, TECHNIA and DESYS are uniquely set to serve local and global companies with the full suite of Dassault Systèmes solutions, complemented by their own robust software offering, and supported by a full portfolio of consultancy services.
The acquisition will strengthen TECHNIA offerings, increasing the delivery capacity for digital solutions, and improving access to mission critical PLM knowledge for the combined, international customer base.
