We announce our prestigious membership with IFAB, the International Foundation Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for Human Development.
IFAB is one of the founding members of HPC, Big Data and Quantum Computing National Centre (CN): this is one of the 5 National Research Centers required by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), with an overall funding of 1.6 billion Euro in five key strategic areas:
- ICSC: HPC, Big Data and Quantum Computing
- Agricultural Technology (Agritech)
- Sustainable mobility
- Drugs developing with RNA technology and gene therapy
- Bio-Diversity
While the CN will have a funding of almost 320 million euros, the main objective of IFAB is to provide a bridge, in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), between international sources of knowledge and research and private companies, in particular SMEs. ESTECO, with more than 20 years of experience in digital engineering and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) fields, through its proprietary MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) and SPDM (Simulation Process and Data Management) platforms, fits extremely well within IFAB goals: through IFAB, ESTECO will have the opportunity to develop specific projects, to access Observatories and Laboratories in the CN and to network and collaborate with IFAB and CN members and institutions.
