Solidspac3, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ralf Uwe Modrich as President and CEO. Ralf previously served as Solidspac3s’ VP Operations. Solidspac3’s construction Quality Assurance variance reports reduce rework, delays, and claims by continuously ensuring that plans match reality.
Ralf has over 25 years of diverse technical and business experience in Design & Construction in Europe and the US. He is a technical expert on LEAN, BIM, reality capture, and Structural Glazing construction technologies, and has contributed numerous presentations and papers to the industry. Over the last 12 years Ralf has executed projects from conception through construction, including high-rises, pharma labs and other industrial facilities, university campuses, theme parks, airports, and hospitals. Sample projects include: SFO airport Terminal 1; numerous high rise and office buildings; the EADS CASA Military airplane factory Spain; pharmaceutical laboratories & offices for Merck Spain; and LEGOLAND theme park in Germany.
