Steve Biver, Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Point Software, will present as part of the upcoming BIM Coordinators Summit in Dublin, Ireland on September 8, 2022. This Summit is recognized as an international event that brings together top professionals from the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Biver will share his insight on the topic of expedited learning on the job with his presentation titled, "Time for Training: Why Your Firm Needs a Learning Strategy.” Biver will focus on the benefits gained by AEC and manufacturing firms that create a corporate learning strategy to ensure employees have time in their workday to upskill. He will share how this style and method of learning expedites the learning process for employees and improves the overall productivity level of an organization.
