Helinox is a leader in premium-quality portable furniture and accessories for the outdoors and home. Since its launch in 2009 in South Korea, Helinox has grown its success across 30 countries including the US, Europe, South Korea and Japan and has proudly collaborated with famous brands including Supreme and Disney.
As the business grew rapidly, Helinox sought an end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology solution to manage and streamline product development. “As the scale of the business expanded globally, the complexity of merchandising, collaboration and creating seasonal products has increased. That made it challenging for us to share and update data by hand, using spreadsheets. We came to a conclusion that there was a high demand for a centralized platform,” explains Jay, Operations Manager at Helinox Vietnam.
Now, with Centric PLM in place, teams can access the information they need, from any worldwide location, using a single platform. Data is updated in real-time and collaboration, accuracy and efficiency have been greatly improved.
