The Lower Saxony branch of the software specialist offers space for more growth in the new building in the west of Wolfsburg
After just two days, it's accomplished: Alen Blechinger and his team of fifteen have moved into new, state-of-the-art offices. Twice as much space as in the previous building and a completely new interior, the building is located in the west of Wolfsburg, in the district of Sülfeld, which lies in the valley of the Mühlenriede stream. On a ground level of 250 m², the premises now offer more space for the team as well as future additions. The capacities of the location make it possible to continue the growth course and to pursue the search for new sales employees more intensively.
"Modernizing our premises was not the only reason for the move. Our focus is strongly on growing our team. As a constantly growing company in such a future-oriented field as software solutions, we are always on the lookout for experienced, talented people who can support our company," explains Alen Blechinger, Managing Director of the Wolfsburg-based CADENAS subsidiary company since 1999. "In the first half of the year, we were already able to add qualified, dedicated employees for project management. Now our focus is increasingly on the search for capable sales employees who will help us to further advance our marketing.”
Beginning of a new chapter
"The infrastructure of the old building was simply no longer appropriate for a company of our size. Not only do we now have the opportunity to continue our staff expansion - the change of scenery motivates and stimulates new ideas," says Alen Blechinger. "We have made major investments in new furniture and equipment. Where four or five colleagues had to share an office before, these are now divided between two people. Also, the fact that we have always had our headquarters in older buildings for well over twenty years and have now moved into a new building makes for even more pleasant working. The well-being of our employees is of fundamental importance to us, so it was important to us that they feel comfortable in the workplace. With the move, we have succeeded in doing just that."
