Seequent has just signed a deal with the Canadian headquartered and listed company Minerva Intelligence Incorporated (Minerva), a mining software business, to acquire their product – DRIVER.
There are some final steps required before this is formally closed, however Minerva has made an announcement to the stock market and so now we are able to share the news.
Smart Technology Driving Deeper Data Insights
DRIVER has been developed to service the mineral exploration and mining industry by helping them better evaluate drilling data to identify geochemical anomalies, understand geometallurgical domains, and conduct rapid 3D analysis. Without intelligent technology such as DRIVER, creating a 3D map of geochemical anomalies is a difficult, prolonged exercise for geologists who are already time-poor. Advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) provides a deeper understanding of these geochemical anomalies, without the need for complex coding or time-consuming manual processing. These in depth, automated insights enable users to make better informed and faster drill targeting decisions, particularly advantageous for multi-element deposits with more complex datasets.
