A wool specialist, Huaxiang Group has been deeply engaged in the textile industry for more than 30 years and has production bases in China, Bangladesh, Cambodia and more. Huaxiang Group is shifting from an OEM to an ODM model, which requires a high level of efficiency in management, production and business capabilities that can no longer be achieved using spreadsheets and email. To ensure continuous growth and a rapid-response supply chain to guarantee product quality and delivery times, Huaxiang Group urgently needed to establish a collaborative, digital platform for the entire value chain. 2023 is a year of strategic digital transformation for Huaxiang Group, beginning with the implementation of Centric PLM® and including integration with SAP and other solutions.
