At CONTACT's booth 348 in hall 6, visitors get an insight into customer practices. Kübler, a position and motion sensors specialist, demonstrates how the company optimizes its services and ensures more sustainable use of its products with Elements for IoT and the digital twin.
An intelligent nameplate of an encoder, which delivers all device-specific data to customers online via a QR code, is at the heart of the live scenario. Every subsequent change to the configuration generates a new QR code and is displayed to the customer in the digital twin as an "as maintained" condition.
In this way, Kübler minimizes effort and errors by the service teams and at the same time increases the lifetime of its products by allowing customers to continue using them elsewhere, depending on their current technical properties.
At various demo points, CONTACT presents the full range of its product portfolio for asset management, the smart factory, and the digital service business. Interested trade show attendees can receive direct consultations from the experienced IoT team on-site regarding individual application possibilities for their company.
CONTACT offers a unique booth experience with its racing simulator. The race car, converted in collaboration with the Formula Student Electric Team at the University of Bremen, is connected via the Elements platform and vividly demonstrates the benefits of end-to-end data-driven processes.
