iBase-t, the company that helps its customers simplify how complex products are built and maintained, and eQ Technologic, the makers of eQube®-DaaS Platform for application integration, migration, and enterprise-wide visibility, today announced an expansion of their partnership and the release of eQube®-CLM solutions for Solumina and two PLM systems.
The two companies have extended their strategic relationship to include a reseller partnership, in which iBase-t will offer eQ’s out-of-the-box eQube®-CLM solutions to its customers. The purpose-built solutions will enable streamlined integration between iBase-t’s Solumina Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and leading product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions PTC Windchill and Siemens Teamcenter.
The integration of MES and PLM is a critical step to establishing a digital thread in modern manufacturing environments. It allows manufacturers to act on real-time product information and creates a closed feedback loop between product requirements and shop floor variables, reducing the production of defective components.
The new reseller arrangement will allow iBase-t customers to acquire the Solumina Manufacturing Operations Platform and the eQube®-CLM solutions for Solumina from a single source, streamlining the procurement process and enabling a solution that is fully integrated at the enterprise level.
The eQube®-CLM solutions connecting Solumina to Teamcenter and Windchill ship out of the box with 7 pre-packaged interfaces and can be further configured to fit the customer environment. The solutions include eQube®-MI, eQube®-TM and the connectors to help shrink the implementation cycle. They can be deployed in the cloud or on-prem, using containers and VMs.
