Building on 30+ years of delivering innovative solutions to the public sector, Idox Insights addresses the unique challenges many local authorities face at all levels in harnessing the potential of existing data.
From lacking a central hub for sharing templates and knowledge, to multiple duplicate reports created in silos, local authorities have struggled with disjointed and inefficient ways of working that have made insight-led approaches a challenge.
Idox Insights is a customer-driven, cloud-based portal where councils can access pre-built, in-house analytics and dashboards to gain valuable insight relating to their data. An intuitive and easy-to-use system, it empowers managers and departmental leaders to gain a real picture of what is happening within their organisation and across their teams.
