Icebound, a company in Division Process Management, announces that it has acquired Efficture. The company has operations in Sweden and net sales of SEK 1,5 million.
Efficture’s proprietary software for forest and timber management strengthens Icebound’s offer and market position as an international player in digital solutions for the forest sector and other basic industries.
“The acquisition is a natural next step for Icebound as we continue to strengthen our offering to the forest industry. With Efficture's software, we expand our offering even further and I look forward to working together with our new colleagues from Efficture”, says Staffan Bygden, CEO of Icebound.
Efficture will be consolidated from January 2024, as part of Icebound, in Addnode Group’s division Process Management.
