The Backstreet Boys will perform at X4: The Experience Management Summit, Qualtrics announced. Backstreet’s back and will perform their legendary pop anthems for 10,000-plus attendees on May 2 at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City.
In addition to the musical act, Qualtrics announced new keynote speakers at their annual event. New York Times best-selling author Morgan Housel, whose books The Psychology of Money and Same As Ever have sold more than 5 million copies worldwide, will discuss how the more things change, the more they stay the same. And Porsche CMO Robert Ader will join Qualtrics CEO Zig Serafin on mainstage to talk about how Porche leverages new technologies like AI to listen to and connect with customers across every touchpoint and build lifelong loyalty.
