Founded in 1999, Qingzhou Tanboer Clothing Co., Ltd is a modern down clothing enterprise integrating design, production and sales, with three R&D bases in Shanghai, Shandong and Beijing. Tanboer’s down jacket has a unique style and has been well received by consumers and the industry. Their products are sold in 43 countries around the world and the brand has more than 1,000 physical stores.
Tanboer is continuously improving its infrastructure in 3 aspects: channels, commodities and operations. Tanboer has a strong focus on improving data availability, richness and quality as well as training talent, promoting advanced research and development, in order to enhance brand image and product recognition.
Despite experiencing rapid growth, Tanboer still uses a more traditional model to build and develop products, which led to a disconnect between R&D, marketing and sales; the entire business chain lacked flexibility and agility.

Tanboer decided to implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to establish a more scientific, efficient and systematic R&D process and comprehensively improve product R&D capabilities. After a careful market evaluation, the brand chose Centric Software as its PLM partner, praising Centric’s professionalism and mature project management experience.
Centric PLM™ will manage everything from product planning to technology transfer output and connect the entire business process through a unified digital management platform. The system will integrate with Tanboer’s ERP system and transfer product data from Centric PLM to the ERP for a seamless workflow with highly organized data. Centric PLM will also empower teams to improve decision-making thanks to increased accuracy and availability of data.
