Accenture has completed the acquisition of Customer Management IT and SirfinPA, a pair of jointly-owned Italian consultancies that operate in close synergy and offer innovative services and technology solutions in the justice and public safety sectors.
The deal, previously announced on 22 December, has been finalized shortly after Accenture’s acquisition of Intellera Consulting, also based in Italy and focused on public sector innovation.
Founded in 2010, the two companies are leading players within the Italian IT sector, recognized for their work across the country’s national justice ecosystem. With offices in Rome, Naples and Rende (Cosenza), they support the justice and public safety sectors with a multidisciplinary team of more than 300 technology professionals.
The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
