Microvellum exhibited at the IWF Atlanta 2024 Show, North America's largest woodworking trade show. Our team had an amazing time connecting with manufacturers, shop owners, educators, and so many others who share a passion for woodworking. With 1,093 exhibitors and thousands of attendees, it was impressive to see all the latest and greatest in our industry.
Our team traveled across the U.S. and Canada to attend IWF 2024, excited to dive into the latest industry trends and share our innovations with the woodworking community. For 20 years, IWF has been the event where we connect face-to-face with industry experts, discover new products, and build lasting relationships, all while experiencing the latest in manufacturing technology, product design, and wood manufacturing trends—and every year, we leave feeling inspired and ready to bring fresh ideas back home.
This year, we were pleased with the continued success of Microvellum University (MVU), our educational platform. RJ Pranski, MVU's instructor, shared tips and best practices in design, drafting, engineering, and manufacturing using Toolbox, our design-for-manufacturing software for woodworkers. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to participate in short sessions, ask questions face-to-face, and leave with valuable insights. We were also grateful to our guest speaker, Eric Marshall, who offered insights into the potential of the closet and storage industry, providing fantastic advice on breaking into the market and submitting winning bids.
