This combination enables optimized planning for wall, ceiling and roof elements, which are seamlessly transferred to the automated file-to-factory process. In practical use, design professionals use ALLPLAN to create a comprehensive design model in an urban planning context. The timber elements are then transferred to Dietrich's, where structural calculations, detailing and production planning are carried out on a model-based and highly automated basis. Work planning is coordinated via the BIMPLUS collaboration platform. There, the detailed timber construction models are coordinated with the design of other trades before they are transferred to automated prefabrication.
