Almacam Space Cut for 5-axes & robot cutting
To make you easier to program your 5-axes cutting machines and robots, the whole user interface of Almacam Space Cut has been overhauled. You will also enjoy a simplified workflow thanks to a fined-tuned integration with other features of Almacam suite.
Workshop module: overhauled Scheduler
The Scheduler is part of the Workshop module, designed to organize production for 2D or Tube cutting machines, so planning workloads effectively.
In this version, the Scheduler’s interface has been thoroughly revamped to enhance readability and usability. In addition, numerous features have been developed including a feature that will particularly appeal to production managers: automatic scheduling.
Now you can:
- With just one click, automatically allocate the cutting tasks based on the availability of your machines.”
- Easily sort and search for unscheduled sheets to be cut,
- See how busy each machine is on a given day,
- Identify which machines are in use and which ones are available.
Almacam Tube : automatic connections
With the release of version 4.1, Almacam Tube makes it even easier to create connections between tubes. The workflow to add a connection was simplified and, in addition, the new feature “Add Automatic Connections” has been introduced, allowing several connections to be created simultaneously within an assembly.
Webquote : client-specific customization
Webquote now offers even more customization options to make it easier to create quick, automatic quotes. You can now define a quotation validity date, maximum and minimum prices or fixed costs.
