Accenture announced the release of its AI Refinery™ distiller agentic framework and accompanying software development kits (SDKs), offering developers an enterprise-grade platform to rapidly build, deploy, and scale advanced AI agents.
The distiller framework encapsulates what is needed across the end-to-end agent lifecycle including agent memory management, multi-agent collaboration, agentic workflow management, model customization and evaluation, governance and observability, and cross-platform interoperability.
“The distiller framework reflects significant frontline work across a vast number of developers and engagements to provide developers with access to the most advanced practices in industry agent design,” said Lan Guan, chief AI officer at Accenture. “We’ve industrialized agent development—from engineering to model fine-tuning to cross-platform deployment—so enterprises can confidently scale AI beyond pilots.”
Leveraging NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, the framework is designed to be highly extensible and can be deployed flexibly across multiple architectures—from public cloud to private cloud, on-premises, and sovereign infrastructure. These deployment options allow enterprises to align AI capabilities with their data, governance, and industry-specific requirements.
“AI agents are redefining how enterprises solve complex challenges, driving greater efficiency, insight and innovation at scale,” said Justin Boitano, vice president, Enterprise AI Software Products at NVIDIA. “By combining full-stack NVIDIA AI and its industry expertise, Accenture is delivering advanced AI agent technologies to accelerate the adoption of transformative agentic AI across industries.”
In addition, Accenture is introducing its physical AI SDK, which will enable AI systems to process real-world signals from cameras and sensors, such as video segmentation or anomaly detection in industrial settings by leveraging the NVIDIA AI Blueprint for Video Search and Summarization (VSS) and NVIDIA Metropolis. KION has partnered with Accenture and NVIDIA to explore these capabilities to enhance safety, productivity, and quality control in manufacturing and warehouse automation.
“KION is excited to partner with Accenture and NVIDIA to explore the new physical AI SDK,” said CP Quek, CTO of KION GROUP AG. “Accenture’s physical AI SDK can help us drive smarter warehouses, safer manufacturing floors, and more adaptive operations across our facilities.”
The release of Accenture’s AI Refinery distiller framework and accompanying SDKs represent a significant milestone, which were informed by input from nearly 2,000 developers across Accenture, with the intent of empowering the global developer community and fostering innovation across the AI ecosystem. With these components, Accenture aims to help the global developer community accelerate the development of the next wave of AI systems at scale across enterprises.
At its core, the distiller framework powers Accenture’s Trusted Agent Huddle and agent builder, enabling developers to focus on business workflows without backend technical complexity. This platform-centric approach significantly boosts developer productivity and accelerates time-to-value for highly specialized, domain-specific agents.
