ENCY Software to Launch ENCY 2.0 at EMO Hannover 2025

EMO Hannover, the world’s largest exhibition for production technology, brings together leading experts and innovators from the global manufacturing industry. With a strong focus on digitalization, robotics, and smart production, it’s the perfect venue to present ENCY 2.0 — a next-generation CAD/CAM solution designed for both CNC machines and industrial robots.

What’s New in ENCY 2.0 and the ENCY X Ecosystem

ENCY 2.0

A major update to the core CAD/CAM system. ENCY 2.0 introduces a redesigned interface with a new start page, license status bar, and light UI theme.

Key upgrades include a tool assembly editor for mill-turn machines, smart feeds and speeds with material-aware adjustments, a material removal rate graph, and feature-based geometry selection. New machining capabilities cover internal surface operations, enhanced 5D surfacing, and surface extension. Additive tools now support non-planar slicing of surface models, advanced infill patterns, and layer time control.

ENCY 2.0 also debuts the AI Process Planner, which analyzes 3D models to suggest operations automatically — all processed locally to ensure full data privacy and control.

ENCY Robot 2.0

A solution for offline programming of industrial robots — from milling and cutting to welding and polishing.

ENCY Robot 2.0 adds a faster and more reliable collision avoidance algorithm for complex robotic cells, improving safety and efficiency in path planning. A new automatic axis mapping feature simplifies the setup of multi-axis configurations — including robots on gantries — making integration easier in both standard and customized automation scenarios.

ENCY Tuner 2.0

A tool for simulation, editing, and optimization of NC code directly at the G-code level. Useful for shop floor engineers who want to verify and adjust programs without going back to the CAM system.

ENCY Tuner 2.0 features a fully redesigned interface and a new step-by-step wizard for interpreter configuration. Users can now create or modify postprocessors and simulation logic without programming skills, making G-code editing and verification accessible to a broader range of users — from shop-floor operators to support engineers.

ENCY Hyper

To be presented commercially for the first time. ENCY Hyper introduces a new approach to robotic programming and control. The system communicates with the robot in real time, enabling immediate execution, testing, and adjustment of robot motion. By removing the limitations of traditional offline and online programming methods, ENCY Hyper offers a unified environment where control logic and motion can be fine-tuned interactively and responsively. This accelerates commissioning, enhances flexibility, and gives integrators and engineers full control from design to deployment.

Who Should Visit the ENCY Booth?

Whether you’re a user, integrator, partner, or journalist — there are strong reasons to visit the ENCY stand at EMO. The booth will host live demos, technical consultations, and opportunities to explore real production workflows using ENCY software.

CNC programmers and robot operators: See how ENCY 2.0 simplifies complex setups and shortens programming time. Watch live demos of integrated CNC and robot projects.

Resellers and robot integrators: Explore business opportunities and learn how ENCY can expand your offering with modern solutions for both CNC and robotics.

Technology partners: Discover how to integrate your machines, robots, or services into the ENCY ecosystem using open APIs and cloud tools.

Press and media: Be among the first to cover the public debut of ENCY 2.0 and the commercial release of ENCY Hyper — a new direction in robot programming. You can also arrange one-on-one interviews with the ENCY Software leadership team to learn more about the company’s vision, roadmap, and technological approach.
