As a leading provider of standard software for digital transformation, CONTACT Software has acquired a majority stake in neusta mobile solutions GmbH. The former owner, team neusta SE, is transferring all its company shares as part of its strategic realignment.
The takeover is a win-win for all sides: As a leading software provider for digital transformation, CONTACT Software strengthens its strategic innovation capabilities and systematically expands its mobile application offerings with this investment. This allows the company to consistently pursue its successful growth strategy. “neusta mobile solutions ideally complements our portfolio – especially given the increasing relevance of mobile processes in PLM and IoT scenarios,” says Maximilian Zachries, COO of CONTACT. “We are convinced that this partnership is a win-win for both sides – technologically, from a business perspective, and culturally.”
With this investment, CONTACT expands its ecosystem to include a company with excellent mobile development expertise, creating new opportunities for collaborative product initiatives. “We look forward to the collaboration and the new opportunities to strategically integrate mobile solutions into our offerings,” says Zachries. Both companies will remain organizationally independent and legally separate entities.
