Commercial Launch of Be.Smart Connector to Improve Project Delivery

ARKANCE, a global leader in technology and services for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) and manufacturing industries, and an Autodesk Platinum Partner and Bluebeam Sapphire Partner, announced the full commercial launch of the Be.Smart Connector®, a cloud-based solution that connects Autodesk Construction Cloud® and Bluebeam Studio® to help teams stay aligned by enabling real-time collaboration, streamlining complex PDF workflows, and ensuring reliable access to current project data. Purpose-built for AEC and manufacturing professionals, the Be.Smart Connector creates a trusted and unified cloud ecosystem that integrates two industry-leading platforms and empowers teams to work smarter, operate more efficiently, and deliver successful projects.

Now part of the ARKANCE Be.Smart suite, the Be.Smart Connector will be available in select markets beginning in the U.S. on October 1, 2025, following an early adopter program launched in October 2024.

For decades, project teams have struggled with disconnected systems and manual file handling. The Be.Smart Connector eliminates data silos and repetitive steps such as exporting, uploading, and reconciling PDFs between Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam Studio. Among its most impactful capabilities is smart slip sheeting, which automatically preserves markups across revisions, helping teams shorten review cycles, reduce errors, save valuable time, and advance more standardized, data-driven practices across firms and the industry as a whole.

“Seamless collaboration across tools is no longer optional - it’s essential,” said Greg Arranz, Chief Executive Officer at ARKANCE. “By launching the Be.Smart Connector, we are not only addressing long-standing customer pain points around data silos and manual file transfers but also raising the standard for interoperability.”

“Autodesk believes customers achieve the greatest results when technology partners work together,” said Rachel Tuller, Vice President of global channels at Autodesk. “The Be.Smart Connector demonstrates that collaboration by bringing Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam into a connected workflow. With ARKANCE leading this innovation, project teams can reduce inefficiencies, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate delivery.”

Building on this momentum, ARKANCE is reinforcing its leadership in innovation and interoperability by developing technologies that connect platforms, data, and people across the project lifecycle. As a Diamond Sponsor at Autodesk University 2025, September 16–18 in Nashville, ARKANCE will showcase its comprehensive technology solutions, including the Be.Smart Connector, at booth 255.

Backed by the largest professional services team dedicated to architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) and informed by experience with more than 40,000 customers worldwide, ARKANCE delivers future-ready technology solutions that address customer needs and empower smarter, more efficient project delivery.
