Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the experience management (XM) category, announced it has achieved ISO IEC 42001:2023 certification, the world’s first international standard for the responsible design, development, and deployment of AI systems.
As organizations adopt AI, trust in providers is a key factor in buying decisions. Achieving ISO 42001 certification is a critical third-party validation that proves Qualtrics has in place the frameworks and governance to maintain the highest standards of security, privacy, and ethical practices in AI across the Qualtrics® Experience Management Platform® for all industries.
Alongside ISO 42001, Qualtrics recently achieved FedRAMP High authorization for AI capabilities within the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform. FedRAMP High is the U.S. Government’s highest security standard for cloud products and services, and positions Qualtrics among a select group of companies authorized to deliver AI capabilities at the U.S. Government’s most rigorous security standard.
Together, ISO 42001 and FedRAMP High give organizations across industries unparalleled confidence to innovate and deliver impact with Qualtrics AI, with assurance that it is built responsibly and securely.
“Trust is the foundation of AI. That’s why we’ve secured both ISO 42001, the global standard for responsible AI, and FedRAMP High, the U.S. government’s top-tier security approval. For our customers, this means one simple thing: you can deploy Qualtrics AI on your most critical projects with absolute confidence, knowing your data is protected by the highest standards of security and ethics,” said Assaf Keren, Chief Security Officer at Qualtrics.
