To reduce the most common causes of delays in CAM and robot programming, ENCY Academy starts with shared essentials for CNC and robotics:
- ENCY interface training to speed navigation and reduce operator error
- 3D model import workflows to ensure clean geometry intake
- Design module essentials for quick sketches and simple modeling tasks without leaving ENCY — useful for production adjustments and fast iterations
- Custom tools, tool holders, and fixtures to improve digital setup accuracy and reduce mismatches between CAM planning and shop-floor reality
CNC modules
CNC learning modules begin with foundational programming and gradually introduce more complex kinematics and strategy selection:
- 3-Axis Milling establishes the baseline for conventional milling workflows and operation setup in ENCY
- Twin-Spindle Turning introduces turning fundamentals in a production context
- 4-Axis Milling and 4-Axis Surface Machining help users adopt multi-axis workflows without adding unnecessary complexity

Machine definition is often the gating factor for fast deployment. ENCY Academy’s MachineMaker block covers how machine definitions are built and maintained in ENCY, including:

- Building a dual-turret lathe, a 3-axis milling machine from CAD data, and setting up a five-axis milling machine

Planned additions over the next few months include courses on 5-axis milling, live-axis mill/turn operations, and Swiss machining. ENCY Software is also developing “super courses” that guide users through complete start-to-finish manufacturing projects, combining multiple programming methods and components.
