Triumph Group Strengthens Digital Foundation and Celebrates 10 Years of Partnership with Centric Software

Centric Software® is pleased to announce that Triumph Group has selected Centric PXM™ to modernize its digital infrastructure, unify product content and combat multichannel retail complexity. Centric Software delivers innovative, integrated, end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions to take products from concept to commercialization. Fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home, cosmetics & personal care as well as multi-category retail teams can plan, design, develop, source, comply, buy, make, price, allocate, assort, sell and replenish products to achieve strategic and operational digital transformation goals.

Founded in 1886 and headquartered in Switzerland, Triumph Group is a globally renowned and family-owned lingerie company. Their innovative brands, including Triumph and sloggi, are distributed in over 80 countries worldwide. With a rich history of heritage, craftsmanship and innovation, Triumph continues to evolve its identity for modern consumers, offering collections that combine technical excellence, sustainability and timeless design.

As part of a strategic brand repositioning to grow its market presence, Triumph Group transitioned from its legacy PIM system. The increasing complexity of serving multiple distribution channels—ranging from direct-to-consumer e‑commerce to wholesale and retail partners—required tailored assortment information and highly accurate, channel-specific product content that the system could no longer deliver.

“From an IT perspective, we operate within a sophisticated landscape of systems and workflows,” explains Viet Dam, Senior IT Digital Solution Owner (Product Information and Digital Asset Management Systems) at Triumph Group. “We lacked a unified way to deliver high-quality data across all channels and fully support the business in going to market with a new brand.”

Triumph Group launched a structured RFP process, using scorecards to compare vendors based on requirements, technical features, integration capability and overall value. After evaluating several solutions, Triumph chose Centric PIM™, part of the AI-powered Centric PXM (Product Experience Management), Centric Software’s platform that unifies Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Syndication and Digital Shelf Analytics (DSA). Centric PXM was selected for its robust functionality, native out-of-the-box connector with Triumph’s existing DAM and seamless compatibility with Centric PLM. The solution has been in use at Triumph for over ten years, delivering measurable results in faster lead times, cost reduction and operational efficiency across both the Triumph and sloggi brands.

“We saw that Centric PXM would integrate very well into our ecosystem and were excited by its powerful features, all fully in scope with our needs. Centric Software also has a track record of going live on time and on budget, which was an important factor for us,” summarizes Dam.

Marking the next phase of Triumph’s digital transformation, Centric PXM will serve as a vital bridge connecting product creation with consumer-facing sales channels. So far, Triumph Group has been happy with the collaborative spirit between its team and Centric Software and has a clear vision on what they want the project to achieve.

“With the new solution we’re implementing, we’ve already saved on license fees and running costs — and gained a system that fits our needs far better than the legacy one. The target in this phase is to migrate all of the data from our current PIM and synchronize the way we work,” remarks Mario Scheibe, Head of Supply Chain at Triumph Group. “Then for phase two, we are investigating the potential capabilities of AI and the Digital Product Passport (DPP).”

Triumph Group views the implementation as a strategic milestone that will improve collaboration and data flow across departments such as compliance, business transformation, brand, merchandising, design, sales and marketing. The company is thrilled to add PXM to its suite of Centric Software solutions.

“By selecting Centric PXM we have enriched our entire tech infrastructure and are confident this will only strengthen our synergies and end-to-end flow,” says Scheibe.

Dam concludes, “Finding a long-term partner was essential for us—once again we put our trust in Centric Software and we look forward to a successful further cooperation.”

“Triumph Group’s commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability has kept the brand at the forefront of its industry for more than a century,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “We are proud to celebrate a decade of partnership and to further enhance its digital ecosystem with Centric PXM.”
