Centric Software® is pleased to announce that PT. Apparel One Indonesia has successfully implemented Centric PLM™ to drive efficiency across the company’s apparel product development workflows. Centric Software delivers innovative, integrated, end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions to take products from concept to commercialization. Fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home, cosmetics & personal care as well as multi-category retail teams can plan, design, develop, source, comply, buy, make, price, allocate, assort, sell and replenish products to achieve strategic and operational digital transformation goals.
Established in 2011, Apparel One is based in Semarang, Central Java and operates as part of the Binabusana Internusa Group. The company runs 120 production lines, supported by over 8,000 employees. It manufactures for global names such as Adidas, Puma, Jako and Napapijri. Apparel One oversees the full production cycle, from pre-production to quality control and logistics, with global distribution through brand-owned retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.
As Apparel One continues to scale its operations, the company aims to strengthen collaboration, visibility and speed across teams with a centralized platform for product development. “Standardizing workflows and working from trusted product data helps our teams move faster while staying focused on quality and innovation as we grow,” says Daniel Tirta Kristiadi, CEO at Apparel One.
Apparel One’s search began with a clear checklist. The team sought a solution that could match fast development cycles, reduce reliance on manual tools and unify the product development process. “We require a system that is flexible and robust enough to handle frequent changes, approvals, track historical data and version control with confidence,” recalls Kristiadi at Apparel One.
“Centric PLM features the right mix of configurability and control. The interface is intuitive and the system architecture aligns with how we’ve aimed to implement workflows, especially under tight timelines.”
Apparel One implemented Centric PLM in phases aligned with its manufacturing workflows, with a strong focus on user adoption and training. “Centric’s implementation team stayed closely involved and spent time making sure our teams were properly trained,” says Kristiadi at Apparel One. “That made it easier for our teams to get comfortable quickly and use the system in a way that fits how we work.”
With Centric PLM, Apparel One anticipates instant access to accurate product reports coupled with actionable data. “Centric PLM will standardize how we build and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), track costing and version changes, as well as centralize our data across departments,” reflects Kristiadi at Apparel One. “The system gives us that structure we need today while still allowing room for our business to grow.”
With better visibility and shared information across teams, Apparel One is now set to grow more efficiently, joining manufacturers worldwide who rely on Centric PLM to streamline operations and drive growth.
“Indonesia plays a vital role in the global apparel supply chain and Apparel One is a standout example of the region’s manufacturing strength,” says Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. “Their focus on innovation, precision and scale aligns perfectly with Centric PLM’s capabilities. We’re extremely pleased that they chose to partner with us on their next chapter as they continue raising the bar for the industry.”
