Cadmatic and Acuvate join forces to deliver end-to-end digital twin solution

Cadmatic has partnered with Acuvate, a global AI and data automation company, to offer owner-operators a fully integrated digital twin solution. Together, they address the persistent challenge of data that exists in industrial operations but never reaches the people who need it, at the time they need it. The partnership connects Cadmatic eShare with Acuvate’s AcuPrism platform.

Turning fragmented data into decisions teams can act on

Owner-operators in energy, process, and marine sit on vast amounts of operational, engineering and maintenance data, held across systems that rarely communicate.

AcuPrism acts as the intelligent data layer, ingesting information from systems like SAP, Aveva PI Historian, Assai EDMS, and Microsoft SharePoint, then cleansing and contextualizing it through a proven medallion architecture before delivering it to eShare. Every piece of data reaching the digital twin arrives structured, reliable, and ready for analysis.

eShare then gives teams a shared visual environment where they can navigate that data in 3D, linked directly to the physical assets it describes. Operators, engineers, maintenance teams, project managers, and leadership all work from the same picture and can make safe and informed decisions.

Risk and anomalies visualized in eShare

AcuPrism applies AI to industrial data before it reaches eShare, so the decisions teams make there are faster and better informed. That means knowing which pump is drifting toward failure before it trips the unit or asking what the risk profile looks like on a given asset this week and getting a contextualized answer.

Use cases range from production optimization to predictive maintenance, where alerts and insights appear as visual markers on the 3D model. Asset health surfaces as color-coded risk views rather than dense dashboards. Operational anomalies are linked to their exact physical location, so teams can respond faster and with more confidence.

For owner-operators, project handover is one of the most expensive moments in an asset’s life. Engineering data built up over years of design and construction often ends up in an archive, disconnected from the operational systems that need it. During investment and construction projects, eShare gives owner-operators a shared project environment where engineering data, documents, and models are visible to all stakeholders in context.  Teams can collaborate directly in that environment, assigning tasks and starting workflows without leaving the platform. Changes in design propagate across the team.

eShare enables a constant review process, preventing late change requests and related costly rework. When the project ends, the data becomes the foundation of the operational digital twin rather than going to an archive.

One accountable partnership

Multi-vendor deployments carry the risk that no one takes ownership when something breaks.  Cadmatic and Acuvate are delivering this as a single, jointly accountable offering, with one team across both companies from initial deployment through ongoing operations. This covers eShare installation and configuration in the customer’s environment, connection of all relevant data sources to AcuPrism, support for edge and sensor solutions through Acuvate’s AcuNow platform, and SLA-based support for technical and connectivity issues.

The solution is designed to integrate with the systems organizations already use, without requiring them to replace existing tools.
