Bechtle strengthens managed services business in the Netherlands with Interforce

Bechtle AG has acquired Interforce Networks BV and Interforce Hosted Solutions BV, expanding its presence in the Netherlands. Interforce is an established managed services provider focused on mid-sized businesses across the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens Bechtle’s managed services portfolio, increases its share of recurring revenue and adds deep technical expertise in modern workplace, cloud networking, cloud hosting and communication services. Integration with Bechtle subsidiary PQR is planned for 2027.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Hazerswoude-Dorp, the Netherlands, Interforce employs 38 people and generated revenue of €11.3 million in the 2025 financial year. The company runs a highly automated operating model focused on integrated cloud and managed services for small and medium-sized businesses.

The acquisition further strengthens Bechtle’s position in the Dutch market and opens up additional growth opportunities in managed services. Interforce’s organisational structure closely mirrors that of PQR, providing a strong foundation for the planned integration. Bechtle also expects cross-selling opportunities and synergies in developing and marketing services through its procurement specialists Bechtle BV in Eindhoven and ARP Nederland BV in Maastricht.

“With its clear focus on managed services, Interforce has established itself as a trusted partner to small and medium-sized organisations in the Netherlands. We are delighted to welcome a team that brings extensive experience, strong technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships. Together with our new colleagues at Interforce, we will continue to expand our managed services business in the Netherlands and unlock additional growth opportunities across the Bechtle Group,” says Marijke Krist, Vice President Benelux, Bechtle AG.

For managing partners and co-managing directors Mark Brand and Robert Kuijf, joining Bechtle was a strategic decision to secure Interforce’s long-term development within a larger international organisation and to further expand its managed services business with a strong partner.

“Joining forces with Bechtle marks an important milestone for Interforce. We share the same values when it comes to customer focus, technical excellence and sustainable growth, which gives us every confidence that our employees, customers and partners will benefit from the opportunities that come with being part of the Bechtle Group,” says Robert Kuijf, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Interforce.

The acquisition also creates new strategic opportunities for Bechtle. In addition to strengthening its position in the Netherlands, Bechtle aims to realise synergies between Interforce and its Dutch operations. Furthermore, Bechtle plans to deploy the solutions developed by Interforce in other markets across the group.

Until its planned integration with PQR next year, Interforce will continue operating as usual. Together, the companies aim to build on existing customer relationships, pursue new business opportunities and further expand their service offering.

The Bechtle Group operates in the Netherlands through its brands ARP, Bechtle, Cadmes and PQR and employs around 950 people.

As usual, the purchase price and conditions remain confidential.
