SAi EnRoute Software and Missler Software have announced the availability of SAi’s Enroute ATP Nesting for TopSolid Wood.
Processing layered DXF files in “3 clicks”, the SAi EnRoute’s Auto Tool Pathing (ATP) nesting engine is specifically designed to process cabinet files. EnRoute’s ATP engine features a powerful combination of advanced true shape nesting and accurate tool pathing. Tooling strategies allow complete control over output making this functionality a best in class solution.
With seamless transfer of data between TopSolid Wood and the SAi EnRoute ATP through a specialized interface the customer will experience time savings during the toolpathing and nesting process while maximizing material yield during production.
Please note that Ezynest is a branded version of EnRoute and provides exactly the same functionality.
The best of both worlds: Needing only three clicks to process layered DXF files through the EnRoute ATP, woodworkers can quickly produce parts once a design is complete, keeping production moving efficiently. In addition woodworkers can use EnRoute’s CAD design capability to design 2D, 2.5D and 3D files to produce textured panels or add label functionality. EnRoute has a comprehensive range of post processors generating GCode output for nearly all CNC nesting machines.
Arnaud De Boisboissel, Director of Sales, North America, declares: "We are very excited to promote and offer SAi Enroute/Ezynest to our customers and partners in North America. Our development has worked closely with EnRoute engineers to address the North American market and allow TopSolid users to benefit from EnRoute/Ezynest.”
John Albano, General Manager, EnRoute Software explains: “We look forward to expanding on our partnership with Missler into the North American market and offering EnRoute customers the ability to process Top Solid Wood designs through the EnRoute ATP.”
