Reveille Software today announced enhanced interoperability between its enterprise content management application management solutions and EMC® Captiva®, Documentum®, InfoArchive™ and Document Sciences® xPression platforms, as part of their participation in the EMC Business Partner Program for Technology Connect Partners.
The integration of Reveille and Captiva, Documentum, InfoArchive, and xPression, enables users to gain visibility into the processes, components and user activity of each individual repository, capture and archive platform. This optimizes the performance of EMC products and provides organizations with improved service level management, increased productivity, and lowered support costs. Organizations in highly regulated industries – including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, energy and more – also benefit from increased governance capabilities and insight.
Reveille now supports the latest EMC Documentum D2 4.5, Content Server 7.2, and InfoArchive 3.2 product releases and has new features for deeper application visibility. As a Select partner, Reveille products for EMC solutions are now available for purchase through EMC.
“This is the sixth year that we have maintained our Select level partnership with EMC,” said Brian DeWyer, chief technology officer at Reveille. “By combining the power of Reveille’s purpose-built application management solutions with EMC’s proven ECM applications, organizations can optimize their investments with a continuous improvement model that guarantees service levels and user satisfaction.”
“Increasing visibility and improving service levels is critical to our customers,” said Peter Smerald, Director of Enablement, EMC Enterprise Content Division (ECD). “We’re excited that Reveille continues to drive interoperability and innovation across many of our product lines. We look forward to continued work with Reveille as an EMC Technology Connect Select-tier partner to ensure that our mutual customers have the highest level of support possible for their content management initiatives.”
