Bentley Confidentially Submits Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for Initial Public Offering of its Class B Common Stock

Bentley Systems, Incorporated today announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to conduct an initial public offering of its Class B common stock. The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process of its draft registration statement.
