With Solid Edge University 2015 quickly approaching this fall, Swoosh Technologies - a leading provider of Siemens PLM software - is releasing their newest live webinar series: "What's New In ST8".
Siemens PLM announced the latest release of Solid Edge ST8 at the annual PLM Connection event this year. With a variety of updates to help users design without boundaries, Swoosh Technologies has meticulously selected the topics to be discussed for each webinar.
Each 30 minute demonstration will highlight a specific area including sync (design intent), electrical harness (PMI), and assembly design. The six part Solid Edge series will showcase the product's latest capabilities and is intended to help Solid Edge users deliver 3D modeling and streamlined design management.
The weekly series will begin on September 9, 2015 and cease a week before the anticipated Solid Edge University event held in Cincinnati, Ohio from October 26 - 28. "We want to build excitement for our Solid Edge users before the event," explains Dale Dewiel - Application Engineer at Swoosh Technologies. "When they are at the event, they'll feel more prepared and have a good understanding about ST8." Along with Dewiel, fellow Application Engineers Dylan Malek and Sam Estrada will headline the ST8 webinar series.
Users can register for each webinar free of charge. Swoosh Technologies also supports companies' movements from later versions of Solid Edge to ST8 with training available in the classroom, on clients' site, or hosted in a live virtual classroom.
