WorkPLAN, the ERP Project Management Solution from the Vero Software Group, will exhibit for the first time at 'Salons Solutions' in Paris from 6th to 8th of October.
The Salons Solutions trade fair groups together six complementary themes including ERP and CRM, all intended to help visitors find the most innovative and efficient solutions to their requirements: control the three most important criteria to keep ahead of the competition: Quality, Costs and Lead Times.
WorkPLAN Solutions, Hall 5.3 - Stand E55, is the turnkey solution to enhance the know-how of its users. It is designed to automate and facilitate sales activities and manage the production process for custom manufacturers, service and project based companies.
With the help of the different WorkPLAN 2015R2 modules, companies can measure, stabilize and preserve project profitability, respect lead times, guarantee total transversal tracability by reducing bottlenecks, control documentation and issue performance reports (delays, quality, and prices) to increase their credibility in the eyes of their customers.
The Quotation / Sales Activity Management / Information Management modules allow companies to simplify quotation preparation and project profitability control processes, as well as automatically creating a dossier which groups together all the relevant files linked to a given project. With the WorkPLAN Planning module, users easily determine a production plan based on established priorities and resource availability. Gantt charts allow workloads to be optimized, while reducing bottlenecks, controlling critical phases and respecting delivery schedules.
WorkPLAN's Quality module means not only being able to respect ISO standards but also to evaluate suppliers, and access cross-company functions in order to improve quality and respect commitments made to customers. The Purchasing and Stock Management module includes the forecast purchase budget, stock management, and supplier invoice control functions.
WorkPLAN also includes the powerful WorkXplore/PartXplore Viewer/Analyzer which is capable of automatically importing detailed bills of materials originating from most major CAD systems such as Catia V4, V5, V6 VIS and CAO. Functions such as raw material budget evaluation, and integration of all required technical data, are performed with just a few mouse clicks.
In 2016, WorkPLAN will make further strides. Two major subjects are being dealt with by the development team: interfacing with other Vero Software solutions, in particular with VISI, for the design and production of molds and tooling equipment, and Radan, the integrated CAD/CAM solution for laser cutting. As a brand of the Vero Software Group, WorkPLAN has close ties with the CAD/CAM industry and is a perfect turnkey solution for the design, tooling, laser cutting and custom manufacturing sectors. Mobility will also be a key feature of WorkPLAN 2016R1 with a completely new mobile device interface allowing users to securely connect to their databases in order to consult quotes, projects, invoices, customer information and other files.
