Advanced Solutions, an Autodesk Platinum Partner and Authorized Training Center (ATC), announces the recent acquisition of the Autodesk software division for Las Vegas, Nevada based Holman's of Nevada, Inc. Holman's surveying and computer services business unit will continue to operate under the name Holman's of Nevada, Inc.
Holman's was founded in 1977 in Las Vegas, Nevada and became Autodesk authorized resellers, over 30 years ago. Holman's has focused on selling Autodesk technology and services to Government, Architectural, Engineering, and Construction customers. Being one of the first companies awarded an Autodesk reseller business in the mid 80's, they have a long history and loyal customer base, spanning decades. Holman's of Nevada President & CEO, Deric Hill commented on the acquisition by stating, “We're looking forward to this opportunity to build upon Holman's, over 30 years of Autodesk history, with the strength of what Advanced Solutions can bring to the team.”
Holman's will join the Advanced Solutions team in providing customers with an award-winning technical team, multiple industry specializations, valuable professional services, and optimal solutions to enhance customer's productivity and profitability. They've combined force, in order to provide extended services and solutions to Holman's customers. Michael Golway, Advanced Solutions President and CEO shared, “Our team is looking forward to welcoming each Holman's customer into the Advanced Solutions family.”
The acquisition continues to reinforce Advanced Solutions' Autodesk partnership, while building upon their global foot print and the continued ability to serve its customers at large. Michael was excited to say, “This acquisition offers a fantastic addition to our west coast expansion strategy.”
