In her presentation, “Big Bang Commitment to Go-Live,” she will share the readiness preparation and organizational support that is required to support a Big Bang PLM roll out to a global population of over 2,000. Program governance, business community participation, training and communication, count-down to go-live, and post go-live support will be discussed.
Ms. Bakewell joined Edwards Lifesciences in March 2013 as the Program Manager for the initial implementation of the company’s PLM initiative. She has an extensive background in driving large programs and prior to joining Edwards Lifesciences she was an IT Program Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions at Life Technologies.
