TXT Retail continues its growth in Asia. Auchan China will manage the full spectrum of their Retail processes with TXTPlanning and TXTPLM, from design and product development, to merchandise, assortment and in-season planning.
China’s retail industry has grown exponentially in recent years, both in volume and in sophistication. Auchan China’s challenge to accurately service consumer demands in over 70 hypermarkets, has become more acute, facing competition from traditional brick and mortar and ecommerce players. With TXT Retail, Auchan China will tackle the competition head-on by managing the end-to-end Merchandise Lifecycle Management process on one platform featuring advanced technology and unique functionality.

The project will adopt the complete end-to-end merchandise lifecycle management footprint including Collection Design and Development (PLM), Sourcing, Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Forecasting, Allocation and in-season Replenishment. Auchan China will be guided by the TXT AgileFit deployment methodology which accelerates deployment and reduces time to benefits thanks to reference processes, a fully documented, pre-configured and optimized solution framework.
