Quest International Users Group, one of Oracle's largest and most successful umbrella user groups, has launched the Oracle Cloud Applications User Community (OC², pronounced OC squared). This new community was launched in response to rapid adoption of Oracle's Cloud Applications. The independent organization will deliver its mission of helping Oracle Cloud Applications customers achieve higher levels of success and satisfaction with their Oracle investment(s) by delivering the best unbiased education, networking and advocacy for users across the globe. The community will be open to Oracle Cloud Application customers and vendors that offer complimentary solutions and services.
"We are finding more of our membership operating in a hybrid cloud environment, so we want to ensure there is a proven model of support for customers no matter what application they use today or in the future. All Oracle Cloud Applications customers, regardless of integrations, require a user community that can evolve along with their needs," states Quest Chairwoman, Wendy Plante, a Senior Director at NYU Langone Health System, a hybrid Oracle customer.
Jeb Dasteel, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Oracle says, "Over and over again we see that user group members are by far the most active and satisfied customers in our entire customer base. One of the best things that any Oracle customer can do to maximize the value from their investment is to join a user group."
