SoftInWay, Inc., a provider of turbomachinery design software, training and consulting services announced this week that Neon Infotech, a company that provides end to end engineering solutions from conceptual and detailed design, construction and fabrication, operations and maintenance and decommissioning, has become a strategic distributing partner of SoftInWay.
Located in Thailand, Neon Infotech will work in partnership with SoftInWay to cultivate relationships and support mutual clients in the Southeast Asia region. This partnership will also enable engineers to access the latest in turbomachinery design technology with the use of AxSTREAM, the core product of SoftInWay that offers design, redesign and optimization of turbomachinery flow paths.
There is a growing demand to increase the number of design engineers in Indochina, in order to keep up with the evolving energy industry. Neon Infotech and SoftInWay hope to enable widespread use of AxSTREAM and their turbomachinery design courses, with a focus on educational institutions, to instill engineering design skills before students join the workforce.
“Indochina has seen an increase in many construction projects for power plants. This partnership with SoftInWay will open many doors for engineers and future engineers who want to work within this sector,” said Mr. Harsh Sethi, chief executive of Neon Infotech South East Asia Co.
“With the use of AxSTREAM, the energy industry demands can be met. Neon Infotech and SoftInWay have similar goals for the engineering industry and we believe this is a great opportunity to provide engineers with the design software and skills they need and help position Southeast Asia as a growing renewable energy market, ” said Valentine Moroz, Chief Operating Officer of SoftInWay, Inc.
