Zendesk, Inc. announced today the appointment of Hilarie Koplow-McAdams to its Board of Directors. Koplow-McAdams brings deep global enterprise software sales expertise to Zendesk, having formerly held executive leadership positions at New Relic, Salesforce, Intuit, and Oracle.
“I’ve been a fan of Hilarie for many years,” said Mikkel Svane, CEO, founder & chairman, Zendesk. “She’s joining the Zendesk Board of Directors at a time where her enterprise sales experience is particularly relevant, and I anticipate that this, coupled with her curiosity and strategic thinking, will have a great impact.”
Koplow-McAdams is currently on Tableau Software’s Board of Directors, and her prior leadership roles have included chief revenue officer at New Relic, president of global sales at Salesforce, vice president of sales at Intuit, and senior vice president at Oracle. She holds an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Sociology from Mills College.
