Electric Cloud today announced the appointment of Carmine Napolitano as its next CEO. Napolitano, who previously served as the company's CFO, succeeds Steve Brodie, who successfully guided Electric Cloud from a company which was focused primarily on Continuous Integration (CI) tools to become the recognized leader in DevOps and Application Release Automation (ARA). Brodie will continue to work with Electric Cloud as a Strategic Advisor to the company as they build upon the success and momentum Electric Cloud has achieved as it evolves into its next chapter of growth.

Napolitano has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, COO and CFO, working with industry-leading teams at both public and private companies including: Paradata, Blekko, Computer Access Technologies, LeCroy, Centric Software and Wavefront Technologies. He has successfully completed over $500 million in financial transactions, including an IPO, three company exits, and more than a dozen financings.
