smartShift Technologies announced today the launch of a game-changing solution for SAP enterprise environments. ‘ONE by smartShift’ is a single-source solution that more effectively and easily manages and transforms SAP enterprise environments for customers across multiple industries. The new offering consolidates all SAP technical upgrades, ongoing code management, data volume management and all recurring services into a robust, SLA-driven solution. The new solution has already proven successful for numerous customers, including a major manufacturer of professional cleaning machines for the commercial and consumer market. The single vendor, single bill solution is the latest in smartShift’s expanding portfolio.

Leading the new initiative is IT services industry veteran Alan D. Rudolph. He is an accomplished and seasoned technology executive who creates, develops and executes highly targeted customer success programs and corresponding service delivery initiatives for high-growth Applications Businesses. Rudolph has led consulting and service delivery teams in large and small organizations, resulting in successful customer experiences and exceptional company financial earnings. Most recently, Rudolph was the North American VP for the Infrastructure Outsourcing and Transformation Program at Sungard Availability Services; and, prior to that was Managing Director at Affiliated Computer Services, a Xerox Company, for Enterprise Applications; and SVP at IBM, through its acquisition of Corio, for Applications Product Delivery.
