RuleDesigner Configurator is now integrated with Creo parametric 2.0 - 3D design software - and Windchill - PLM software product - offered by PTC, to manage design automation and advanced product configuration processes.
ENGINEERING PLM Solutions announces the release of a RuleDesigner Configurator action library able to drive Creo Parametric 2.0 and Windchill, by PTC.
The new features offered by RuleDesigner Configurator allow to extend the benefits of automated CAD design and product configuration also to Creo parametric 2.0 and Windchill community.
PTC users have much to gain by using RuleDesigner Configurator wide range of actions to perform typical operations of the two environments. For instance: open, upload and close CREO 2.0 files; renaming file in session; regenerate assemblies and parts; built components; edit parameters; perform functions predefined by the user; replace components; enable or remove features; documents check out; and Whindchill workspace management.
Finally, RuleDesigner Configurator allows to extend configurations beyond the design office integrating processes related to CRM, Project, Service, Marketing and Salesforce automation management.
