Presented at the annual Backbase Connect conference, the award recognizes Capgemini as the alliance partner with the largest number of Backbase implementations in 2017. With more than a dozen implementations completed or underway, Capgemini is deploying the innovative Backbase platform to deliver personalized, omni-channel banking customer journeys that provide exceptional brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
