- Virtual Manufacturing, which relies on knowledge of the physics of materials during manufacturing and assembly processes to define the “as built” product in a realistic way. Quality and reliability depend on the rigorous and continuous control of the circumstances and limits of the modeling assumptions at each stage. Applications include ProCAST/QuikCAST, PAM-STAMP 2G and SYSWELD
- Virtual Performance provides numerical simulation across multiple domains: crash, impact & occupant safety; passenger comfort; linear and nonlinear statics & dynamics; strength and thermal performance; noise, vibration & harshness (NVH); and, most recently, interior acoustics. The Virtual Performance Solution offers PAM-CRASH & PAM-COMFORT, also SYSPLY, PAM-RTM and PAM-FORM
- Virtual Environment - including VA-ONE, PAM-CEM, SYSTUS, ACE+ Suite, SYSMAGNA
- Simulation Systems Integration -Vdot, PAM-OPT, Visual Environment, Visual DSS
- Virtual Reality with IC.IDO solution’s Visual Decision Platform (VDP) that allows targeted, interactive visual decision-making and is a tool for collaboration of distributed teams. IC.IDO's Virtual Reality solutions are used throughout the entire product development process from design to manufacturing.
